The race is named “Caitlin’s Help for Hope House Run” in honor of the founder, Caitlin Steiger, a graduate of White Station High School, who directed the race from its inception. Caitlin at 14 years of age came to Hope House with the idea of creating a 5K to benefit our children.

 

Caitlin’s efforts to help raise money and awareness for Hope House have generated more than $40,000 for the center in addition to raising community awareness for Hope House. This year’s event will take place at Harbor Town, Friday, March 28, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Catlin’s Help for Hope House Run be a wonderful, affordable gathering for the whole family. Each participant receives a t-shirt, and door prizes will also be distributed.

 

 

Bring your friends and family members and run or walk along the banks of the Mississippi River. The new course starts on the Mississippi River Greenway and finishes in Harbor Town Square on Mud Island.
